| I have used the agency a few times before with no problems. However could I just comment that this time when I telephoned on Saturday (28th Feb) it took me nearly 2 hours to get through. I kept getting a message saying the number I had dailed is not responding. I think there must have been a problem with the phone at your end. Luckily I did get an answer and the normal (good) service resumed. The lady I spoke to, said she thought the phones were not working properly, but wasn't sure. She apolagised and set me up with a girl at very short notice. |
